Choose a zombie temporary tattoo off the lab table and write a 50 word story inspired by it: maybe the person who has that tattoo is a woman who fell in love with a zombie man, or a man who fell in love with a zombie woman, or maybe the zombie itself got the tattoo out of zombie pride, or for a zombie mate. You can also write a story about the tattoo itself. Yes, you can apply the tattoo if you'd like, but wait until break!

When you're done, consider working on Portfolio #4 (due tomorrow), or #5 (due Monday), which is anything you like of any length you'd like it to be. Portfolio #6, also due Monday, is a revision of a piece of work that you've done for class: a blog, an exercise, or a portfolio assignment. The revision should be a *substantial reconsidering* of the work--changing one or two words does not a revision make. Add things, switch POV, deepen a character, elaborate on a setting or a plot, introduce dialogue, make it longer or whittle it way down to be a new creation that is half the size of the original. Just make it new!
