Author's Statement

Hi I am Tyler Rose Christiansen, and i love to write fiction, fantasy books. My life is amazing i get to do so many things that most kids dont do and i am exteremely spoiled. I would never trade my life but here is one thing i find my self confined by. Reality.

No matter what you do or say you are always weighed down and chained by reality. You can't go out to the backyard and say, "I feel like riding my dragon today." and whistle and ride your dragon and go defeat and evil knight in hand to hand combat. It is just not physically possible. Writing fanatasy fiction is a way for me to ecape those confines and those chains. In books and in your own stories you can be whoever you want to be, you can run at the speed of light, you could be a mutant and have wings, you could be a wizard for crying out loud!!!! You can do ANYTHING.

Just think about that for a moment. To be able to fly into the clounds, to be able to swim to the depths of the ocean (WITH A TAIL!!!!), to be able to go to you friendly neighbor Maximum Ride and her flock. For pete's sake you could be a god!!!! not to be confined by reality is my dream to be able to go to the computer or a notebood and go to a thousand diffrent places in a few minutes? and to a book and go to a million diffrent places the second you open that book!!!! That is my dream. To have complete and absolute freedom.
