Blog Assignment #2:

1) First, send your email address and name to me at nuttinga@unlv.nevada.edu so I can assemble a class list. Then:

A) Choose a picture from the internet that represents an aspect of your artistic statement--something that inspires you, represents you as a writer, or represents you as a person, and post it along with a very short explanation. Title this assignment "#2A." Here is an example:

Writing always pushes me to do more than I think is possible, and to be fierce and carry on even when I want to quit and give up. It's something that forces me to get out of bed earlier than I'd like and stay up far past when I'd rather be asleep. To me, writing is the ultimate motivator: I feel a need to create--when I'm not writing, I feel like I'm wasting my time.

B) In the "Helpful Links" page, click on the Dialogue link and read over it. Then choose ONE of the options below and try writing a short dialogue scene between the people described. Title this assignment "#2B."
